These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bizgrid ("we", "us", or "our"), including our merchant platform, website builder, storefront hosting, and related services at bizgrid.shop. By creating an account or using Bizgrid, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Bizgrid on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for Bizgrid, our merchants, or customers.

You are responsible for your storefront content, products, pricing, fulfillment, customer support, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws in the markets where you sell. You must publish accurate policies (including privacy, shipping, and returns where required) and only sell products you are legally allowed to offer.

Customer payments and merchant payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and those providers to process transactions related to your store. Settlement timing, fees, and eligibility may depend on your plan, payout details, risk checks, and provider rules. We may delay or withhold payouts when required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal compliance.

Some features require a paid subscription or usage-based fees. Pricing, limits, and billing terms are shown in the product or on our pricing pages. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Trial access may be limited or withdrawn. Failed payments may result in feature restrictions until billing is resolved.

Bizgrid may use AI tools to help generate storefronts, copy, images, and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated output before publishing. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Bizgrid and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as allowed by law.

You may not use Bizgrid to: • Sell illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited goods or services • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights • Distribute malware, spam, or abusive messaging • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass platform security • Misrepresent your identity, business, or products

Bizgrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
